Concealed Thru-Wall Flashings

FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

All AFCO flashing products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship in the production and fabrication processes for a period of five (5) years from the date of shipment of such AFCO flashing product provided that such AFCO flashing product is installed in accordance with AFCO installation recommendations. Notify AFCO PRODUCTS INC., 44 Park Street, Somerville, Massachusetts 02143, promptly of any suspected defect. AFCO PRODUCTS INC., will upon proper notification respond promptly and reasonably to determine if the warranted material is defective and will replace all material if determined defective. The sole liability of AFCO PRODUCTS INC. under the warranties contained herein shall not exceed the original purchase price of the material determined to be defective, exclusive of shipping expenses and installation costs.
This warranty does not cover damage to or defects in roofing, waterproofing or leaks therein caused in whole or in part by design defects, abuse, abnormal environmental conditions, installation, intentional or accidental damage to or disturbance of surfaces to which the AFCO flashing materials may be applied, Acts of God, damage to building or contents thereof or from any cause beyond the control of AFCO PRODUCTS INC. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
